hi - i have a 6 month old baby boy who is teething like crazy poor little guy is so uncomfortable! - how long does this last?

I struggled with teething with both my kids. The all natural teething tabs you can find a a natural food store work very well - not 100% of the time but a majority and they work fast which is key!!
