hi! we started talking about potty training about 7 or 8 months before our daughter turned 3 (her bday was in AUG.) We had our son in April and my sister was helping take care of our daughter while I was in the hospital 6 months ago and this really kick started the potty training - it was really quick. So, over the last few weeks we have had some accidents and she is wearing pull ups to bed at night, but overall she is there!
