I started working from home about a year ago so I could be home with my boys as well as bring in some money. Granted I do not make a TON but it still pays for a lot of the extras (School clothes, dinners out - with and without the kids, vacations, etc.) My frustration is that most people, including my husband, act like I am so lucky to work at home and its so easy. Honestly - I would sooo much rather go into an office with other people and then leave my work there when I left - and I can only imagine what it would be like to be in a car by myself listening to my music on the way to and from work - my mind could us a little clearing! I'm by myself with 3 boys who are always in need of something I can never start and finish a project without at least 10 interruptions and I work 7 days all hours. My choice I know - but what I would like to know is if anyone else out there has managed to get it across to outsiders that working at home is real work - it is not a cake walk, you cannot do dishes at the same time and it IS a REAL JOB! Thanks for any recommendations!
